Carpal Tunnel in Pregnancy

Thanks for this video! I have pregnancy carpal tunnel. I don't have any pain but I do have the numbness.

Hi thanks for that, been suffering terrible carpal tunnel, especially at night, i will try exercises. I have also tried running my hand under cold water for a couple of minutes and this has been providing some relief. I have only couple of weeks left till I deliver, having carpal tunnel now while pregnant, does that mean I may have problems later on.
