I saw this being done on P/T. I can see the benefits. Windsurfing/Paddle boarding is much more forgiving on the bones and flesh. Well, no set up time, no sand, ...have fun this Summer!
The sticks are cool. They are a great workout, I was super sore from it at first. It's easier then kickin with your feet all the time. And you can use it as a parking brake lol
