The US economy is currently at risk because it subsidises things like oil companies and agricultural commodities. I doubt that African farmers will get subsidies for their crops or subsidised oil.

The US and the EU dont seem to be into free trade agreements for agricultural commodities as they are too busy subsiding and protecting their farmers from competition.
