you should CELEBRATE your weaknesses and strengths, successful people know what the want, they don't always know how to do it, they commit to their dream and trust in something bigger than their weaknesses to get them there! Don't ignore or throw away any part of yourself, your weak areas are where you learn the biggest lessons, keep an open mind while watching this video.
'I am good at revising work as though it were my own.'
'I am good at pretending to be social.'
'I am good at being impatient.'
As a result these people become the wrong answer to every possible employment question.
Now as far as 'averages' go- I think if we tally up the money that corporate executives and big oil 'think' they deserve we'd divide it equally across the states and balance the budget.
I used to read books of John Maxwell..It helps a lot on guiding my Leadership Skills ..To those who are fun of reading books and has a passion to learn about Leadership..This is one is excellent...........
This is not a good message!

Fix the Bad attitude:
'I'm good at convincing people.'
'I am good at lying.'
'I am good at revising work as though it were my own.'
'I am good at pretending to be social.'
'I am good at being impatient.'
As a result these people become the wrong answer to every possible employment question.

So true, people do not pay for average. At least they certainly don't remember it for long and they don't positively share their experiences
