hey guys Im 5'9 147lbs., I want to have sixpack abs at the same time build some muscle. Problem is I don't know what exactly routine to follow, do I have to do cardio and lift weights to lose the fat or just lift weights alone??? cause some said doing cardio will burn up my muscle.
Hello there! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my friend lost tons of weight with it.
Nice vid. Ok we're convinced. But the problem is if I don't have the time to prepare my own food how am I supposed to precisely measure the prepared foods I buy? Any tips on this? Hope to hear from you soon.
Well i doubt he will answer this but im going to try anyways. I'm a Endo-meso and i wanted to ask what tips would u give to a person like me? endo-meso 5'8 male 25 years old. fast reply would be beneficial to me. Thanks
@ChronicFatigueSyn Yes I know its simple but some people have difficulty seeing simple things like this. This is an excellent video though...and the intro is fantastic!
based upon his advice and my body type i should be eating more carbs prior to and after my workout. but what he doesnt mention is what sort of specific high carb foods i should be eating. anyone have any suggestions??? is something like pasta good? or is bread better????
man I gotta learn how to cook for myself I can follow most meals but i hate mssing just one throughout the day or tweeking it out.. well off to a new start I will try my best and my hardest and when I see results I want I will send in my pics.
@fshfrghedht64 he means that those are the carbohydrate intake you get throughout the day, and like he said, should be surrounded around your pre and post workout regimen
@fshfrghedht64 lol i got skinny wrist too, but...unrelatively big arms for my size, in my opinion, because i weight train, but it's not doing anything to my skinny wrist. I think its a bad choice for you to just consume lots of food that will provide you fat (that will go throughout your body) , But, will do nothing about your wrist
@rutherd313 yeahh that deos sound alot like me lol my arms aint to bad but its just i think its my diet thats holding the growth back i meen to be onist i think i should just stick to carb sources and kno high fat stuff unless its olive oil or avacodoes etc
you are admirable guys, i have already your programas, and they are great, i changed my body and i have learned the truth about muscle building, but i want to make you a question about the supplements, i live in CHILE, and here there are not "blue star" supplements, so i´m taking the "gold standar whey protein", and the "platinum hydro whey protein", both of the "Optimum nutrition" brand, do you know these supplements?, and do you think that they are good?.
I'm a new subscriber,, and this is my first Video at this channel. (as it has been recommended for me),., Really useful info's ,.,. .,.,and a Fan already,.,.(-_-)
.,,. But now I know that what I need is personal trainer .,, coz for three years; I could not get the musclse to be defined,., there is only bulk for three years,,, but always never definition,.,.

i so love being a ectomorth now,but i have to admit i do have a hard time putting on fat i meen i eat loads of carbs all thru my day and it deosent show any bad effects but wacthing this video has made me relise that i can handle more food i must have one super charged motabolism :)
he uses a lot of scientific terms, I am ectomorphic guy, had to google glycemic carbohydrets and got confused, Kyle says I need higher glycemic carbohydrets but those are all sugary stuff, isn't that bad for me?
Vince please answer me :) can u simply explain me on what products as skinny guy like me should focus on, I don't use whey protein. I am eating mainly chicken and pasta (usually with vegetables), sometimes rice
Well, i used to be an ectomorph, weighed in at 10stones at 6 foot at 16 years old (7% bodyfat) Im 20 now and 12stone 9lbs (6% bodyfat).. Was wondering am i stil an ectomorph?? Also i train late nights 9-10pm, and sleep at about 2-3am, up until what tym should i keep eating? Because i noticed when i wake up??, im STARVING! Uv been a great help Vince, thabks for reading :)
I normally wake up at 5:45 am, walk to the gym, and start training at 6am, starting with resistance for 45 min. followed by a 20-30 min. cardio session. I'm always confused as to if I should eat something prior to my workout or not. If feel that if I do eat, I don't get enough time to digest. Lately, I've been taking BCAA. As for the carbs, I take most of the carbs for the day right after my workout. My goal is to lose body fat. N e suggestions? Thanks!
@brayanesc0bar18 ohhh thanks man yeah cause i allways been on the endomorthic side i meen i find it so hard to put on weight but i aslo think white bread is a higher glycemic carb aswell
Kyle's definently a smart guy - i've never heard about the second muscle building tip, pretty interesting.
Now you've probably heard this a tons of time, and honestly dont know if you'll answer.
I am going to order protein for the first time, since i've never felt the need for it.
Now lanky leo has talked about protein as an important tool of bodybuilding (10% of results), and i was wondering what your view is on ''xpisupplements - Myotein'' Anyways i wish the best of luck too Vince and Kyle!
@VinceDelMonte Okay - i just saw your ''Bodybuilding Supplement Trick You Need To Try'' video. i probably just got hooked on the fancy site they had - so as you suggest, i'll have to go with good old Whey protein
ok im a really skinny 15 year old and have trouble following these videos about diets, i have being going to the gym for about 2 months now. But i have only seen small improvements in my body, can you tell me the foods that i should be eating, i have been taking chicken and fish alot after workouts. Im sure this isnt the best thing for me and just need a little more in depth guides. Thanks if anyone helps it will be appreciated
@SRx95 you should get wheatgerm, it's got more protein than most meat and loads of carbs, you can put it in everything, porridge, cereals, soups, yogurts, almost anything. After a workout you want something you can assimilate easily so shakes are your best bet there. It's important to get post workout nutrition asap. Also do full body workouts, lunges, squats, deadlift etc 3 times a week and keep your cardio to a minimum.
WOW he is awesome probably even better then Vince. There was a lot of info that he gave. I was just wondering what is the idle time to workout in the morning, afternoon or night?
@gymneil I've known Kyle since grade school! We actually live a few houses away from each other so it's been really cool re connecting with him and getting him to do this for you guys. Next few videos are coming LIVE from the Arnold Classic in Columbus Ohio... Kyle and I... he had hook ups for the ATHLETES hotel and we shot some good vids for you guys. They will be posted next week.
@gymneil Don't worry... you'll see A LOT more of Kyle in the up and coming future. Wait till you see what we filmed for you at the Arnold Classic in Columbus Ohio 2 weeks ago. That will be uploaded very soon.
Hey! Great video. Very informative. I was just wondering if you could make a video on building lean muscle specifically for women (are there any nutritional/training differences between men and women when it comes to building muscle). Since you break down so many different body types men have and their reaction to nutrition I was wondering if you could do the same for women. THANKS.
@ale2zee Hey ale2zee.... Women DO need to train differently - NOT drastically but to many degrees. Isn't it funny how a female will tell her trainer that she wants to slim her legs and has her do squats, lunges and leg press. And then you see a SKINNY guy who wants to BUILD, doing the same exercises! My wife, Flavia, is going to be putting out some videos for females in the near future. Stay tuned.
@RichAlvarez
Yeah. Me too! I bought that program
on the internet. And it really did a
great job on my body. The routine of
this program is very strict and the meals
suggested is quite good. I think this is
the best muscle building program that
is right for me. Anyway, here's the site
im talking about:
