No they're pretty much all bad, the only good ones are the mainstream anime.

Like Bleach or Naruto but in those you get professional voice actors and it sounds half decent.

Forgive me for thinking that the Japanese is a lot better.

It is very awesome. Its extremely worth watching and you'll fall in love with the characters quickly, especially Rena in my opinion. The horror elements are pretty sweet and it gets rather gory further into the series, so yeah if you like horror this is definitely the anime for you.

@Relesy i would usually agree with you and say the english dub for anime is actully ok but for higurashi i have to side with manakeller its not very good. if they had used better voice acters it may have been ok but the voices were to hit and miss but i think every one can say it was a epic anime even if you have to read the subtitles :D still no were near as good as the manga ^_^
