both br600s just suck. neither one of them are any good. the only difference in the new one is the nozzle and the fuel lines which they just now got right after so many years. and the new nozzle makes the engine race up higher which is going to cut the life of the engine in half. i would put a redmax up to a stihl any and it will out peform ane last the stihl by a long shot. the 4mix is proven that it doesnt work. thats why they are buying pattens from redmax to use there engines.
I noticed that you have the newest one, the BR600 Magnum. How does that compare to the standard BR600? Is there any difference? I have just the standard BR600, and I love it!
supposedly the magnum has a few more cfm's, but i think they are pretty equal. the narrower nozzle creates a more focused flow of air so you can see the stream blow farther away. I think the old style lets you work a wider area without so much back and fourth. Maybe it is just a question of getting used to it. Both BR600's just blow!
