I think the collapse is coming . If it was just Gerald well maybe then it might be B.S. But when so many credible economists say that the present spending is not sustainable and that 50%of private owned Real Estate AND commercial property will be under water in 2 years this tells us that the collapse is coming UNLESS Obama devalues the U.S. dollar in some manner or another. This probably wont save the Republic . Greece is on the verge of collapse . Will Europe save them and risk collapse ?
Typical responses you get to this question from people is:
-because its the year 2000 (whatever the hell that means).
-Its different today because of technology (whatever the hell that means).
I recently told a colleague of mine that the odds are higher of a 1929 style depression than of a sustained recovery due to 1) commercial real estate 2) $1 quadrillion derivatives etc....The response: you cant make that comparison, we have so much more communications today. (?!?! hmmm)
1. End the Fed 2. Stop the B.S. wars. 3. TAX overseas exported labor! 4. Get all x-Goldman Sacks employees out of office. 5. Poloygraph all officials from the mayor up. 6. Legalize pot so we can empty our jails by upto 50%. 7. Take bail out payments from the banks in form of vacant home payments to the needy and homeless. 8. Start local gardens. 9. Buy American and locally. 10. Help our neighbors. 11. Save money. 12. Store a little extra food. 13 Help another neighbor.
That sounds like a pretty good manifesto to me my friend. I would also add, return to the constitution, back the currency with gold and silver, end fractional reserve banking, return to industry and real production, end the globalist agendas on phoney climate change and assault on national sovereignty and keep faith in God to deliver us from the grip of the tyrants that govern over us and bleed us dry.
No need to end fractional reserve banking, just let them go bankrupt when they make these bad loans. If they bailouts were not made, we would already be in recovery. Study 1929 and what economics taught us. That depression was 6 years longer than necessary. Cheers.
You're right. Few people are aware that there was a depression in 1920 that lasted only one year because the measures taken were: massive cuts to govt budget/spending, tax cuts to businesses, and capital gains tax cuts for investments. Completely the opposite of the measures taken in every recession since 1929. I encourage people to look this up.

Celente is against the mass murdering america has been doing in every interview, and has the "born-in-the-USA" pride for the USA as defined by the constitution, not what is going on currently with the fascism.
I see it this way, either we stop these murdering criminals and prosecute them or we will remain universally hated by the world's people and judged as something evil like Germany--which by the way is now the world's third largest arms producer.
We must act. If we do not, we are responsible for the genocide.
If gold is $1100/oz now and the currency inflation doubles, gold should be $2200/oz which would, in theory, buy the same goods. Is it likely, that in an economy with an inflated currency, would we see an increased value for that gold due to a higher demand?
Gold is a commodity that is priced in dollars, so it is affected by supply and demand for the hard commodity as well as the supply and demand of the currency the commodity is valued in - $dollars. So if the dollar falls by 1/2 in value and gold supply/demand remains the same, theoretically gold would increase by 2x.

BTW Expert. Clinton went into Bosnia to PROTECT MUSLIMS! Hello!!!! Yes, it was wagging the dog, but it also protected muslims from Christians. So how did THAT lead to 9/11?
Some of the finest terrorist involved in 9/11 were trained by Muslim in Bosnia. The same ones that Clinton supported. So, your puppets and trainees turned against you. Are you getting it now "Einstein"?
Sorry, I guess I missed the memo on training by Bosnian muslims. Why didn't they just stay in Saudi like everyone in the press believed? Thanks for the Einstein compliment, but I still don't get how these guys are American puppets and trainees. And I still don't get how we killed "500,000" children prior to 9/11, unless you are referring to abortion or something.
No need to apologize Retardinho. It is not your fault for being stupid since your birth. Anyways, Madeleine Albright admitted responsibility for death of 500 000 Iraqi children. Finally somebody mentioned Clinton and his attack on Yugoslavia. Clinton set up a precedent for invasion and destruction of sovereign nations. Even though Bush is the major villain, it is the Clinton that open the door for Iraq and Afghanistan. It is shame that many like Clinton because of the "good economy" without realizing that he set the stage for the current disaster. Now it is time to harvest Clinton's legacy...
You could argue that had they bombed Hitler they would have averted WWII...its a tricky situation. I still think that the CIA can kill people they think are threats to humanity and they dont need to invade countries...however, one could argue that the CIA's boses are themselves working for people that have been a threat to humanity throughout time so....go figure what really goes on.....
17:45 - As someone not of retirement age yet, how can you "close out" a 401k account without getting taxed up the ying yang at 40-50%? That could cost me more than the coming devaluation Gerald is talking about!
Is it that hard to understand? Celente has been forecasting for longer than most of you have been alive. If he was wrong, no-one would want his opinion. It's his 90% correct track record over thirty years that makes him the most widely quoted trends analyst in the world. Corporations pay thousands of dollars for what he gives you for free. Do a little RESEARCH on your own before you comment one way or the other. Or would that be too much like work?
@Psqwal- Check the commentary after your clear evaluation. The next comment has no concept of syntax nor can spell words larger than four letters. Yet he evaluates the economic advice of Celente, Re: the Euro, in an effort to belittle. After this comes a devaluation of the entire interview because the politics of the writer are offended. Characterizing cogent rationale as "interesting stuff" does more to belittle the commenter. Thank you for your well reasoned thoughts that maintain perspective.
I love Gerald Celente but the host of this show made a blanket statement about "rappers" that really should be addressed.I hope this host realizes that ALL hip hop is not fodder for product placement and pro Obama perhaps you should check out Immortal Technique and KRS ONE among others. Also people who are inundated with nothing but violence on a daily basis are going to talk about violence and not Bach!
This does not make them less refined it makes them commentators on modern times!
Buddy, thats the same fiat paper money shit as everywhere. The Swiss central bank devaluates our currency everytime the Euro goes down to keep the exports running. The Swiss Franc lives by the good branding from the 90es when it was gold backed. But since Switzerland become a member of the IMF its not backed by gold anymore.
The Swiss banks have assets 4 times of the GDP and they are at risk to loose because of the hughe credits they gave to eastern europe countries.
@qminusis I don't think Gerald Celente is singing the praises of the swiss bank nor the euro if you listen to what he said he is just trying to keep his money at a value that is worth something as those things change he changes with them.Aka neo survivalism
Talk of "2 million dead Afghans", & comparing Clinton & Bush (both of them) to Hitler is ridiculous, Celente undermines the more interesting stuff that he`s coming out with by using this sort of over the top hyperbole.
There is a fantastic trend I am following, I had a dream about products made from recycled products, and the other day I saw a high fashion design in Denmark, made out of recycled rubber inner-tubes from tractors. These were gorgeous! Belts, shoes, boots, hand bags and even wallets, from a company called "Rubber Bag" If I had a shop I would definitely have these in the shop. They also reach out to the community with courses in how to work with these materials.
I live in Sweden and there is no rule so far about the c vitamin so far, however I did notice in summer that the local shop had taken high potency c vitamin from their shelf. I am still weary about how supplements are going to be treated in the future because its very much a part of our supermarket culture. But more and more the supplements in some place like the apotecket is much less in quality than those I buy over the internet.
@txfreedom09 No matter where you are, its kind of important to at least have some extra things that keep well like whole grain pasta and lentils and a good source of water and something to cook on in case the electricity goes out. I mean you can build a fire and cook lentils. I have to say when I was younger and was not "stockpiled" one saving grace for me was when Hurricane Andrew hit was that people just couldn't be bothered with the dry beans and lentils so I scavenged it from the boxes.
It was lots of food, no one cared about and I cooked and shared with other people. At least you have a family and if the power is cut and you lot stick together, things will work out if you get along. The dynamic of the community will come out in these trying times, I know this from experience. Sadly when things go back to normal, things go back to normal, as if it was a good thing. *shrugs* just remember, you have the ability to change things. Don't give up.
We have a lot of that as well. They probably think you are crazy, when in fact its because THEY don't understand to your level. Its the common "if the majority thinks one way and you alone think another, then you are wrong" herding reaction. Herding is a mechanism by which individuals who cannot think for themselves seek security. Carry on with your plan, just be ready to turn them down one day when they flock to seek your help, if that is to sink your ship.
What this guy below me said!

Celente is the Man!!!!!!!

@MrZyxxtl who is this a reaction to sir? No one doubts Gerald here

Oh yes, the Swiss Franc.

Not all modern time presidents were exactly the best and brightest, but Celente's calling all of them mass-murderers is just silly.
