Hard to do indeed. You need to have a well-versed understanding of Kyriaki, and, in order to get an XS, to be able to finish each operation in about 2 minutes...I can only get 3, maybe four done before the time is up.

I always notice on this operation the bonuses are about saving all the patients. But when vitals drop to 0, you still fail. So does that mean that if you run out of time before the last patient, it still counds as a success?

no actually there is a time limit so when you run out of time you will also lose...

I learned this the hard way :P

In this operation, if you're up to the fourth patient and run out of time, you still work on it, but you don't get to work on the 5th one. If your on the 5th one and time runs out, you can still work and finish the job.

This was on the DS version. I'm not sure about the Wii version.

i found this mission SO hard on the ds version, it's hardest when you get the the adult kyriaki phase on the 3rd patient, casue it comes with a baby kyriaki too

Ohmahgod I swear on UTK this one is impossible to get all five patients. I got to three then ran out of time!

Luckily "back up" takes over so you just have to finish the current patient... lol I thought it was going to be like "ZOMG U SUXXORZ KBAITHX" because you couldn't cure all five.

Code Blue = the first operation song.

GUILT theme = the song played when GUILT is about. See the transition between Code Blue 2 and GUILT in "Please Help Me Live"...
