Jennisse do you do your own clear acrylic or is there a brand you buy? Can you say is the preping or the quality of the acrilic that makes them last?

@ Ceentje the uv top coat is not the same as uv gel so when it's dry it won't be sticky. A uv top coat has some compnent of uv gel that makes it hard, but it's not like the actual uv gel. :-) so it dries smooth. Just becarefull how u apply it bc if u get to the cuticle area it can mess up the nail shape.

it seems like when yu do the acrylics yu dont really wipe out your brush, just wet it a lot =/ its just important because yu dont want the acrylic to harden inside the brush and ruin it... but do you guys make your products so that they DONT harden quickly or stick to the brush?

How long does this take altogether and how long do they it last for?

@busybonnie Without all of the talking it usually takes me about 1 hour to 3 hours depending on the nail art I am doing. I am also very good about my prepping. I think it's sooo important as well as having the right Primer so that the nails last as long as possible. It also makes it easier to get fills since there's no lifting. I can have my new set on for about 2 to 3 wks. Then of course, you would need a fill depending on how fast your nails grow. It's a lot of fun for me =D

Do you have to use fake nails in order to apply the acrylics and glitter stuff? Or if you have naturally long nails, can you still use this?

@TheKrystahlPhoenix You can apply this to your natural nails :) The gel needs to go over the acrylic glitters. However, all of the acrylic glitters can be applied to your natural nails. It's easier for you and you can make them much more natural looking and thiner. Still you will have the unique look! :) Be sure to use a primer either way that way your nails last 2 weeks. Otherwise, they can lift and come off a lot faster.

@TheKrystahlPhoenix u can still use it right on the natural nail. just make sure that you prep the natural nails first. (remove the shine and then apply the bonder. as for the fake nails, the are just to add length for people who cant grow natural nails.
