I own a '99 CTD and the best advice i could possibly give you is get a Edge Comp Box. my truck is a 5spd stick pretty much bone stock almost besides 3' strait pipe, intake elbow, heater grid MIA. Edge comp box& 2 stroke oil in the Diesel @ 100:1 mix, and in the same time my truck will go about 95-105, and not to forget...that's me going to the gears on a sloppy stick too! get yr self a Edge Drag Comp, you will be happy with the investment, just look around on the cummins forum &you'll see.

@jmanwild Ive got a southbend dual disc, so no worries there, and Ive ran my hx35 on my other truck with an adrenaline, hitting 50+ lbs of boost and its still ok, Id rather be able to custom tune and have a few other nice options than buy an edge

hx/jy35's grenade somewhere around the 35-40 pound mark, plus, an hx35 doesn't flow worth crap at 50 pounds. time for an upgrade

That almost accelerates as fast as mine with my chip set on level 1. Seriously invest in an edge with attitude. As long as you got an aftermarket lift pump, intake, clutch, and injectors, you will be all good and wont know what to do with all the power

its just a rear wheel speed sensor, from what my mechanic said, lol i just never worried about it, but i think they are like 25-35 bucks from o'reilly's...

boost fooler didnt come built into the power puck until the newer 03.5 and newer 24 valve cummins.....thats one thing i researched the hell outta to make sure.... they also have 2 level settings on them as well, unlike the earlier ones like i have with a pre-loaded setting only......

the boost fooler also helped me to since i actually put a boost elbow on and almost completely shut the valve on it.... I was really boosting to much to be honest....But thats half the fun in doing that...

The exhaust is just basically stock, straight piped with the cat n muffler knocked off of it..... The intake set-up is just a Napa 2790 BHAF w/ the silencer ring removed.....
