I'm hoping that tonight I can figure out how to record mysef on my video camera and then how to upload the video to youtube. Hopefully, I can make a few friends and gain a well needed supprt system.

That is so wise to make part of the challenge the maintenance. I think a huge challenge for me would be maintenance or further loss...put what am I talking about--I should lose it first and then worry about the next step. I'll let you know on Saturday for the weigh-in, so I'll start this Saturday...my starting weight is right about where I am at now, but regardless, I want it to be official.
Hey, I was 273 around Christmas, I will weigh in today Should be about 250, so my quick and easy weight from cutting soda, mcdonalds and beer is already gone. Now the tough road to 220!!! I was shooting for losing it by May 1st anyway! (14 weeks about 2 lbs a week - as if) ;)
hey jess- my hubby had a great idea of a short weigh in video actually on the scale instead of a pic because ppl could be deceiving with pics, so i will do my weigh ins with my face and then scale down to the marker on my digital scale....whoohoo he was really thinking- he wants me to win this prize i think!!!
okay- my initial weight was 233, i am now 220 something, but i started on jan. 5th, will u want me to take a pic on the scale now with this weight, and at 15 lbs lost or use original weight, because u can tell in my first video that i have lost ten lbs.? jw

I accept your challenge... I use a DEXA scan monthly to check weight and body fat and post the results. ...good luck everyone!

Hey Jess, I'm 16stone, 4 pounds so in pounds that's 228 (14 pounds to a stone - we're still doing old fashioned in the UK!)

As long as you're still in the healthy weight range for your heights that's ok! I don't want to promote underweight!!!:)

You can't use your weight from Jan 5th. I only started the challenge on the 14th, so it would be unfair! You need to start with your CURRENT weight!
