I saw the movie. Great subtitles and cinematography but too many loose ends as far as the story is concerned. The idea was great on paper until it materialized onto the screen. Great movie for Americans, not so great for Iranians. 90% of them speak Farsi with a slight accent. Great subject to tackle, Poor execution... B- bordering on C+
b4 i get attacked this is very thought provocative movie and it deals with a real issue in Iran and i give the director props for being so bold ....Unfortunately, the narrative is little bit out of proportion , but that is not a big deal. the thing that truly upset me about this movie was the sex scenes. they were basically porn! really now Iranian actresses or actors will do anything for money! director could easily send same message without those scenes!very upsetting!
