not sure what ur asking but. if you want these exact cd players for vdj you won't need an RMX since theyre MIDI capable. I've used them in VDJ with no virtual vinyl NOR RMX. however, you can use the RMX as an audio mixer for them. but it wouldn't make sense IMO. if i'm not clear respond back
Ok, so ... When Virtual Vinyl is used, the RMX is used as a mixer, right?
When 2 CDJ's are used, the RMX is used as a mixer too?
The RMX jog wheels don't spin like turntables or some CDJ's do... (if I had 2 CDJ's I would use the capabilities of spinning platters)
I was wondering if this is how it would work? I've seen the RMX as a mixer when Turntables are used, but haven't seen an example of CdJ's used the same way.
yes u can use it as a mixer for CDJ's. They have a regular mixer because if ur gonna use the cd players mainly, you might as well get a better mixer. the rmx is an all in one mixer yes, but not a traditional mixer. if ur getting cdj's i would recommend against the RMX and just use timecoded cd's and a box along w/ a regular mixer.
mannnn. they are louder than you think. does 300+ easy. sometimes ppl tell me to lower the volume :( either way, most bang for ur buck. especially if ur on a budget. never fails man
You have a nice set up going there. Not trying to be negative , but the only thing I will recommend is something to hide all of those cords. When the cords look sloppy , it makes you look sloppy. You should get yourself a mini dj booth , if you go to my page and click on my basement you will see what i'm talking about. I promise it will give you a better look at your gigs, especially weddings. I have the b52 speakers also , and i like them alot. Keep up the good work DJ Antoine !!!!
honestly, you won't even have that thing turned all the way up because if you do you'd surely get complaints! the 2000 will cover more than that much people. the 1000 would even cover that. as for sound quality, everything is crisp, clear, balanced and not distorted. i can guarantee you made a good purchase and should have no worries. best bang 4 buck B52!!
Yeah--I used my v2 at a backyard party a couple weeks ago, and I was heard loud-and-clear from two blocks away! Best investment ever! Oh yeah, stands help too!
Yeah. He was playing from the RMX at that time but I used the DN-S1200's and Torq later. I'm actually trying to sell my Connectiv/Torq box because I finally set up MIDI with the players to work with Virtual DJ.
you have very nice gear, with a nice booth and a vew cablestraps this would look very pro!!

Do those cdjs work with the RMX like Virtual Vinyl does?
Every vid I see with cdjs and virtual dj, they all have a regular mixer in between. Lookin to add some CDJS if this is possible
