That rig could be used on large ships also. Bring back Square Riggers! Would Be an Engineer onboard if I had a computer degree, I wonder how many redundant systems are on that vessel in case the system crashes?

The term "privately" is not determined very well. Isnt´t a shipping company under

private ownership as well ?

Also the Maltese is possible to charter.

So it is aout business, too, not only private.

But in fact it doesn´t matter. It´s a great ship, I would like to see more innovative

designs like the "Maltese Falcon" on the oceans !

If you have a chance to come to French Riviera, you should visit yacht shows in Cannes or Monaco. They are totally different from one in North America or other regions.

You can go inside Maltese Falcon with an appointment. (but no picture)

my mums cousins son is head chef on the maltese falcon but i think he has left that job and is now just free lance chefing he also one the competition for coooking the best meal out of a big group of super yachts props tot that!!

the falcon was and still is docked in Falmouth harbor on antigua, it costs 350,000 dollars to rent her for a week ! there was such a riot when she came into dock because there was hardly enough room for her to turn

this tiny little megayacht was built at Turkey/Istanbul/Tuzla Yildiz shipyard im also living in Istanbul so i saw this yacht when it was being built.. it is 88m/288ft long carbon fiber masts.. it is an awsome yacht use it safe mr. tom =Pp

Tom Perkins. Not really the head guy at HP. He's a venture capitalist who was part of starting some of the most successful companies. He was on the board at HP though.
