  • im sorry just 1 other question for the "sauce" are u getting that liquid from the bowl with the mean before u put the meat in the oil...or did u get it from the pot with the oil and meat after it cooks in there? because u didnt show it thanks!!

  • @Mariekr49 : yes when u season the meat all u have to do is add some water to the left overs were the meat was sitting in and that is the liquid u use for the sauce/// i hope it helps :)

  • FYI if your running low on time i use a pressure cooker to soften the meat and then add all the spices and liquids

  • i see that you say to use thin slices..but in the beginning it was in a big chunk that you broke apart..so im confussed?

  • @Mariekr49 ; yes is because the meat was frozen but is actually all thin slices :)

  • @Mariekr49 : use thin slices of beef esier to cook and faster. but with this recipes u can use cube or steak style cut of a meat. but if u want a faster easier type of meat to cook is always in thin slices :)

  • Do u know what kinda steak u used for this recipe? For example do u use chuck, round, etc?? I just wanna know what kinda steak I should buy from the supermarket cuz theres so many kinds. Thanks for ur help! :-)

  • @Kimmc1985 : for best result get them sliced thin.. like chicken cutlets...the thinner the meat the less it would take to cook. and softer . u can u all. if u want them in chunks too but it will take longer to cook. Get them flat. slices ;)
