  • As is all too common, your quarter triplets very occasionally sound a little quarter-note-and-two-eighth-notes-ey. I wouldn't mind hearing you take more risks in your playing, this feels quite straight and perhaps some more flavor would be nice. This piece has got to be juicy! Still, masterfully played. Your technique is excellent and you are very musical.

  • That was really amazing! Your music is very expressive! Keep up the good work! I really hope to see more videos of you in the near future. :)

  • you are amazing! this is a great piece!!! :D

  • He looks like someone from one of my history books from like the 1700s who made music history.

  • Can I marry him..?

  • You have a lot of tension in your face.

  • his eyes are so expressive and his playing is mesmerizing.

  • Bravo! maybe you could attack a little bit more some notes, I mean you have the character to perform this piece, I am not criticizing at all, you are very talented, it's just my point of view, I would be such a PERFECT piece to hear it with you and an orchestra, congratulations! keep on working, I respect and admire all you're talent (:

  • Michael, I am almost speechless....I have to say that you remind me of the great Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page....(my favorite). Your mastery of the violin is so overwelming that I had to watch this vid twice! ... Hey, where will you be performing?...cause I'd love to pay to see the performance in person and I'm a radio producer.

  • Ahh. I love this so much. I love watching him play. It's like watching an artist paint a picture.

  • Hi, I'm 15 year old Japanese girl born and grown in Japan.

I heard Michael's violin for the first time on Japanese TV channel last week.

Did you know that World's Greatest Musical Prodigies were broadcasted in Japan?

I had never had any interests in music before I heard your violin. It just impressed me so deeply and now I'm about to start learning banjo.

Thank you for helping me finding something to put my soul and heart into!

    YOU ARE THE BEST!

    sorry for my bad English.

  • woah, saying you have talent is an understatement . You have such passion when you play and your very theatrical. You're super entertaining to watch and one day i hope to see you play live :)

  • I believe I melted when I watched this. Well done! Keep it up. =)

  • I think I just replayed this for the sixth time this hour. I'm happy to see and hear Michael playing beautifully as I've last seen him in World's Greatest Musical Prodigies. Keep posting!

  • Really amazing.

  • Fantastic! Bravo.

  • It's hard to believe that it's been three years since we last saw Michael, when he performed with Alex Prior for the BBC. It seems he's grown in many ways. Thank you for posting this David - looking forward to more - hopefully!

  • What a beautiful interpretation of Lalo!
