@123hikid .250 4 flute hss endmill @ .05 doc @ 5 ipm, 2000 rpm very light cut for this machine but i babied my last endmill.

In the beginning of the video there is some smoke coming up from the left hand side of the screen? Was something burning or melting during the operation?

@ShawnColorado those are hot steel chips hitting some coolant puddles, steaming
It's a 5 inch vise, not all that big
That vise is HUGE
