Casey's Premeditaion signs--celebrating from relief from indecision

In trial today, George Anthony, speaking about his granddaughter getting ready to leave with his daughter on June 16th, 2008......he said something to the effect that little Caley said 'getting ready to go see Zanny".....what does that mean when little Caley referred to Zanny. There is not supposed to be a "Zanny". Was that a slip of the tongue by George Anthony? That remark from George Anthony was not addressed at all.

Sherri9579. I looked up Derek Clontz, but he's making fun of Casey Anthony, for example he wrote an inmate saw a devil scratch on her forehead and some other jokes (people gambling in Las Vegas on how many moths Casey will crack and fess up!). I find it hilarious!

In all the police iknterviews I've listened to with Casey's friends and family, I'm surprised the police never asked one question: Did Casey and her new firnds do drugs? Casey's boyfriend was very into hip-hop which has a huge drug culture. If Casey had taken certain drugs such as crystal meth it makes people feel invincible and extraordinarily confident + many people stay "high"on the drug for days on end with no sleep. Doesnt change much but I'm curious.

hello alba. i think that le already knows when that entry was made whether they've tested the ink or figured it out some other way, but you're right, they don't need it really. also couldn't cindy have taken that out of the car? one thing not many people are talking about is that gatorade bottle with that liquid in it and that syringe. when the medical examiner that did caylees autopsy, she came to the conclusion murder and not an accident due to evidence at the scene.

What she has done to the journal is something I've done myself, so I recognized it at once! She started the journal in '03, then decided to rip out the previous entries as a tribute to her new start. She wanted nothing to remain of her old life. It's a very symbolic gesture. I think it's obvious that pages were torn out and that's the first reason I thought of. (I've done it a time or two with weight loss journals ;)

Cindy is fascinating. I can't really understand any of her actions since her grandchild went missing. She is the most unsympathetic relative of a murder victim I have ever seen who is not him or herself a suspect or the perpetrator. And claims to be grieving heavily. I actually believe she did grieve Caylee's loss. But now it's time to cash in, apparently, and trademark (literally trade on) the name "Caylee."

Cindy has an iron will. Don't ever count her out. I think she has more surprises.

I have heard that it was a 2003 diary and probably about an abortion. (I really don't know) If it was after the murder then it is completely damning evidence. I really feel that Cindy should be arrested. All evil starts with her and hopefully ends with Casey if they get Cindy arrested (stopped). If something doesn't happend to 'arrest' Cindy then there are going to be many more victims.

I don't know if that science is available. I know the Defense is frantically tossing out all sorts of counter-theories...no pings at the Ants' house on the 21st....which proves little to nothing. To suggesting this is a date.

It's the content that accurately reflects state of mind, new friends that is so damning that it was written recently. There is so much other evidence, this isn't needed--just useful for insight, IMHO. They'd have to come up with dated ink ('03) to change my mind.

sherri, the '03 date could been placed on the diary to show her class year... the class of '03.... 2003 was when she was supposed to graduate and this diary maybe was supposed to be a "school diary", like the school jackets (they show the date as '03).
