  • :P I have it and a backwalkover and i can recover and im working on a back handspring!Im make a tutorial on it.A tip is:when u start trying theni would just like...go back and use the couch the land on then i would walk down it then recover with it..thats how i learned or have a hallway and use the wall to walk down or stand and use the wall withtyour hands sidewaysXD

  • Hey if your one of the people who are afraid you'll hurt yourself(like I was) try it against a wall first! Do all the steps of a backbend but instead of going to the floor stop yourself on the lower part of the wall then move your hands on the wall slowly to the floor. Really helped me-3

  • the best way to do it first is to get into a bridge and stand up and try that alot and then move on to this

    heres what you gotta do:

    okay lie down, legs bent etc ready to push upwards right?

    the reason you can't do it is because your pushing up your hips or stomach first and you'll never get up like that, you have to go with the arms.

    So to help yourself get up, KEEP YOUR HEAD ON THE GROUND, AND SLIDE YOUR HEAD IN, PUSH YOUR HEAD IN TOWARDS YOUR LEGS..your arms will push yourself up while doing this and then you just extend your legs...

  • @7grapes That used to be me but I tried it on the bed a couple of times and got it then tried it on the ground and got it. Just don't fall into it or you'll really hurt your wrist.

    It could. It's easier the younger you are. I started doing dance and tumbling when I was a little girl (around 3) and now, at 15 it's much more difficult.

    she is wearing whats called a leotard, with shorts over as she is getting filmed and may feel more comfortable. you see her leotard, not her underwear.
