you know what to do when banks are lacking capital. spend it. Obama just a genius when it comes to economics. I use his philosophy in life now. If I'm in debt I borrow more money, If I'm fat I eat myself thin and if i'm drunk i drink myself sober. I lie to get what I want and if I don't get what I want i hire 3 times as many people to counter the people that want to stop me from getting what i want. If my bank needs more money I'm happy to pay them and when they spend it then there's always more
