haha...no organization has done less to change with the times than the MBTA...20 years ago...and the trains still look exactly the same today.

Costs alot of money. In 1989 they had just gotten rid of much of the junk they inherited from the old Boston & Maine.

oh yeah, i know...i wouldn't expect them to change their looks, especially now since its an entirely government run organization, and it would just be my tax dollars :)
