Khorkina said that she probably wouldn't have been there in 2004 if she had gotten her gold in Sydney (which I'm sure she could have). If anyone wants to dispute results for an AA, don't go here, go there. I feel so bad for her.

Carly was amazing that day and won a well deserved AA gold

Svetlana Khorkina has a bunch of olympic and world medals she is one of the most decorated gymnasts was a dramatic dancer she is known as the queen of the bars and she'a got 8 skills named after her at least one in every aparatus. Personally I loved her diva moments but I see why some people don't like her attitude. But arrogance has to be earned and even the ones who hate her have to admit that she has definately earned hers.

I don't say that Carly didn't deseve it (she really was amazing at these finals) but I wish Svetlana had that gold medal. She wanted it so bad

i was so sad that svetlana didnt get the gold i know she was angry about the end result but thats nly cause she was chasing a dream for 10 years ever since she went to her first worlds so you caan kinda understand why she wasnt happy .but if you look at the medal ceremony from 1995 worlds AA she was so happy with that silver she gave lilia podkopayeva a big hug and was jumping with joy so its understandable

Carly Paterson was the first and only American gymnast to win the AA in a non- boycotted game. She wasn't as graceful as my favorite Anna Pavlove, but she was a great gymnast and deserved the gold.

God, Khorkina acts like she owns the world.  The scoring was fair only if she came out on top. Thank god she's gone.
