i believe you're naturally gifted on the piano, the guitar is a little weak, it could be the sound quality...perhaps adding some fingerpicking to the guitar version might brighten up the song?

You need to get in the studio and start recording an album so more people can hear you.

You don't need to spend much to produce a quality album now-a-days; a computer, good sound card and software in the comfort of your own home will do it.

If you are looking to be signed to a label, be careful of what you're signing - there are plenty of charlatan record labels out there.
