well it is... over 60 frames per sec the human eyes start not not regi the diff at 80+ the human eye cannot see the difference, biological speaking there is no different on watching it at 80 fps or 1000 fps; you wouldnt be able to tell the difference.

@Erebus2075 High FPS is so much more than what you see on the screen though. Plus, less time spent per frame means more time (or time/cycle) over for everything else.

We as humans can survive with 25 FPS (PAL) just fine for viewing but SC2 isn't just pretty pictures ;)

@Erebus2075 Oh btw, a test has been made with fighter pilots. They where able to catch one out of 220 frames and tell the testers what was displayed in it. If all it takes is ONE out of 220 frames in a second to see a game winning opening then you have to agree that it CAN become very important to have an as high FPS as possible.

Though, i bet they have 120 hz LCD screens when playing so 220 isn't going to be displayed, 120 FPS is the max in that regard.

Uh yeah sorry if this has already been covered, how come sheth doesn't do a full-on attack with his massed ultras during the first like... 5 mins of getting them? at one point he's like 200 supply to TLO's 124, and sheth is still just running around the map. Obviously he doesn't have info like supply, but surely when you're that high level you have a fair idea of a difference like that?

Terran have it so much easier than Zerg... Seriously, Sheth had so much more to deal with trying to protect ALL his expos, which you painfully need as Zerg.... Whereas TLO only had one or two expos outside his main/natural the entire game, because of how powerful and OP mules and PFs are...

All you have to do is save your energy, plop an expo down, summon 10 mules, and look, you instantly have 2000 minerals. Too easy.

This game would have gone completely the other way if Ultras actually had decent pathing, or some kind of charge ability, or small distance ranged attack.

But instead, they bounce around off every little corner, unit, zergling, turret, eachother, etc.... and die before doing any damage at all. Fucking useless unit.

Corruptors are the most useless anti-air unit.... They're not even good against most AIR units.... They're too damn slow, attack too slow, and don't do enough damage. And corruption is god awful since trying to use it on smaller units is nearly impossible.

You think Thors are slow!? Try BROOD LORDS! Yeah, they can fly, but the Thor can run all the way around the cliffs by the time the Brood Lords fly over them... So painful to watch your 10 Brood Lords die to a SINGLE void ray. Why can't we turn Brood Lords back into Corruptors? Siege tanks can change almost instantly, back and forth...

And yeah, support your BLords, but when everything else dies, and you have just BLords left, and ONE viking kills them all because they are too fucking slow.

Notice how Husky doesn't mention CORRUPTORs as a viable Zerg unit against air units..... because corruptors are a fucking joke of an anti-air unit. They are completely WORTHLESS against most units, 'cept colossi and maybe unupgraded carriers.

What sucks is that once you have corruptors and they kill the few colossi, they are completely worthless except to make brood lords.... It's impossible to constantly use them for corruption, because Zerg already have too much shit to do as is. Worthless.

i know im not really a pro gamer, but i think that it would make so much more difference if TLO placed the raven auto-turrets behind the mineral line, between each of the little blue patches. It would make melee units have to go around the hatch, and only allow a few of them to his the auto-turret at once. Common sense, really.

I don't think this was a serious game. Sheth should have just mass spine crawlers and static defense when he had 5000+ gold banked up, 40 supply lead, and TLO had basically nothing. After getting rid of those drones, he should have just massed air himself. BL, infestor, muta and corruptors..

They are from the same clan though, so it makes things interesting. Has TLO never shown this build before to Sheth or something during practice games? Sheth looked lost after the Thors came out lol

@ex0duzz it's really easy to say what they should have done from the spectator point of view, but sheth can't see everything that's going on like we can and likely didn't know he had that 40 food lead. not saying i disagree with your opinion, i think that's exactly what he should have done too. but it's a lot easier to make those calls from the spectator booth :P

Sheth had 5000(!) vs 400 gold and almost maxed out army at 13 min mark. He should have ended it there.. also, ultra's seem to suck every time i see them being used. Unless you have a super creep highway over the whole map and use nidus's, i don't think Z should be massing them like that. They are so fat i think they aren't meant to be massed in 1 group like that. You need to have like groups of 3-4 in each control group and flank from like 5-6 sides or something with MASS MASS infestor(like 10+)

Actually siegetanks dont do splashdamage against Ultras, because they are so big. And since there were mostly ultras in his army, it would have been bad to siege the tanks. Tanks do make more damage per second when unsieged.
