Wait a minute. What's this fellow saying? The consumer is to blame that the UK is not coming out of recession, because he is saving instead of borrowing money. So the solution is that we continue borrowing on our credit cards so that we can buy shit that we don't need which is made in China and S. Korea, and that will make the country well again. But if people don't save, where is the money coming from to borrow? Oh, I get it. We print it. Right?
