I think what they could've done to keep the vuvuzela tradition, is to have (somehow) a designated group of people blow them at specific times in a sort of orchestrated manner, if you get what I'm saying, eg. When a team scores, Injury time, or whatever, just not the constant buzz. I couldn't understand why everyone was fussing til I went to a Fan Fest myself.
"Siwelele" is a Sotho word that meas hapiness, or celebrations. It is commonly used in songs of wedding ceremonies. Im not sure how it got to be associated with the club
