I think I managed to irritate the Sphynx once... and I think he tore me up. I'd have to go back and find out. Also... maybe I missed it but I didn't see the wraith kill you, or the acid death in the garden when you try to take the flute off the fountain w/o putting on the gauntlet first.

The Firedrake only appears if you enter the flaming room and open the door, without putting the fires out with the frozen Sphere. If you put out the fire beforehand, he never even pops up.

Also, that about the dead werewolf coming back to kill you, I think the game implies that the wolf is merely paralyzed by the silver arrow, and when you get close enough to try to set it on fire, it lunges with its upper body to get you back for the arrow :P

Not sure if I missed them in your video or not, but there's three other ways to die, too.

1. "use" "torch" on "self" three times to set your hair on fire.

2. Sticking your torch into water to have put it out, and you somehow die after that.

3. Having your torch naturally burn out.
