Hey man, Great video. I was also diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy at birth and the doctor said that I would die at 2 and here I am at 31. Now the doctor is not sure what I have. The thing I learned about doctors is that they have no idea. I found your comments hilarious and it feels good to see someone else speaking out.

I have an electric scooter and get a lot of "I wish I had a scooter" or "you are so sweet." It really don't help that my last name is Lovely. You are blessed.

Hi Ralphie this is your friend from way back. I did not like the video because it was absolutely too much cursing. Yes, in real life you have a foul mouth but you have strangers who are looking up to you as a role model because they have friends and relatives with the same disability so you should have left out the cursing. I don't care what other people say. I am disappointed with you and please next time curb the curse words, please.

To those of you that are not happy with my video because of language, I apologize if I have offended anyone. But I do not apologize for being myself and that's who I am sometimes. You need to realize there are different ways of releasing stress and anger and sometimes cursing is my way. You want me to speak of SMA and eventually it will happen. But it is called "living without obstacles" which is me explaining how I live my life. I hope you will all continue watching my videos. Thank you

What I agree with is his right to be who he thinks he is....I don't judge him and no one else should either.....my understanding is the videos were a glimpse into his life as a person with SMA not a group conversatin about it. If you know what it is, then you don't need to talk about it...and if you don't, pay attention, you might learn something....and if there are some curse words thrown in, we're all adults here.....aren't we???

My name is Douglas,I live in Rio de Janeiro,Brazil. I´m 25, a I have a little girl,Sofia, she´s 6 months and she´s SMA type I.After 6 months in an intensive unit care, we are now at home.

You can see her videos, just put "sofia freitas bastos" man....i have to say that this video gave me real laughs, i really enjoyed seeing this vid.....the "fucking liar" part was awesome.
