Does your University offer work study by any chance? You could get more financial aid that way, earn some money for yourself, and have some of it go to your tuition. That'll help ease some load for you to study. Generally, you want to study for 30 hrs a week (assuming you're doing 15 hrs credit).

Actually a 2.5 GPA is fairly good. The courses you did manage to get B's in are probably the ones in the field you should major in. In any event "C's" get degrees and a degree is your passport out of small town America, lol.
