Yep. In places like Virginia, smaller trucks and suvs can't have the bumper over I think 30 inches from the ground. But vehicles over a certain weight are almost unlimited. Except for some areas that have mud flap laws. Exposed tread laws etc etc. WV sucks though. I have a 92 s10 blazer, 3 inch body and 32's and have to have a "modified" inspection sticker. Our inspection rules are insanely strict.
