  • hey hows it going i have a vibaration problem also its not the motor mounts noor is it the tires ....it cant be the rear because there is no howling sound .....do u think its my drive shaft please respond it would help me alot

  • Do you have an aftermarket driveshaft?

  • did you notice any improvements from an alluminum driveshaft? it's a really underestimated modification. i wonder what kind of difference it makes.

  • Drivetrain seems to spool up quicker. I know it lightened up the rotational mass quite a bit, so it has to have some benefits. lol

  • taco, I love the shift light. It looks like a raptor. How did you get it in the cig lighter?

  • Yes, it's a Raptor. Yahoo search tacobill raptor shiftlight. It will direct you to my how to thread on the installation on the Mustang Source Forum.

  • ok first of all your car looks amazing i love what you did with the interior i have a black 06 GT and was just curious on what you did to make your lighter holder show your rev limit, it looks kick ass dude and did you modify the dash in anyway

  • Check PM.

  • Hey this might soung dumb but what does a camshaft do?

  • Responsible for regulating the amount of air-fuel mixture entering the combustion chamber as well as expended gases out the exhaust on each cycle.

  • Hi TacoBill35

How much did this mustang cost?

And could you buy one like this in a mustang-shop?

    nice video!

  • i forgot to ask you this:did you had to adjust your pinion angle, cause i have the same lowering springs,or it was not nessesary.

  • Adjusting the pinion angle was not necessary on my car.

Check your inbox, I will send you a link.

  • THANKS for your info...

  • so you think the small tunnel hump can be hammered down,or what did you do about the rubbing condition?.I will really appreciated you answer.

  • Yes, it can be hammered down. Best time to do it is when you first remove the stock driveshaft. You'll see the hump I'm talking about, looks like a stamped sheetmetal rise with an oval hole stamped out.

Note, this rubbing condition mainly appies to 4" shafts, not the 3.5" as these provide enough clearance.

  • does your car has been lowered when you install the driveshaft?. Also is this a 4" inch driveshaft i see you do not have vibration and no clearance issues...

  • Car is lowered with Steeda Ultralite springs.

Yes, Coast 4" 1-pc aluminum DS.

    No vibrations.

E-brake cable support at rear of tunnel has to be relocated. One small rubbing condition exists at center tunnel hump, will be adressed during motor replacement.

  • Nice exhaust too, what is that? Cat-delete and straight pipes? OR-X?

I just got the Spydershaft. Huge! Do you think it would have been easier to install the UCA with the shaft out, than the regular way?

  • Pypes O/R-H and FRPP Stingers.

Not sure on the UCA install, haven't changed mine out yet.

  • Yeah, I got my LCAs in no problem but that UCA is buried in there. It mocks me. If it works, I'll let you know.

  • Nice headunit...Ive got the Pioneer AVIC D3 in my 07 GT... I want the backup camera like your running though...pretty cool.... what Driveshaft are you running? Dennys? Spidershaft?

  • Coast 4" 1-pc aluminum driveshaft. With my Steeda Ultralite lowering springs, no adjustable LCA/UCA necessary for the pinion angle.

  • thats a nice screen in your car, think that will fit in a 04 cobra?

  • Yup, it's a standard double-din Alpine head unit (IVA-W205).

  • thank you sooooo much! ive been looking for something like that in my cobra. i havent found anything that would fit it, until now.
