Wow! sounds just like my apartment building. I told the landlord and it made things worse. So I am running my own intervention. In your case you could try putting boxes with heavy books or bricks in them up to that wall and see if it helps. If not put a shelf up and get a subwoofer speaker and set it on the shelf with music or white noise.

I feel your discomfort man I also have uploaded 10 videos of my noisy fucking neighbor I wish I have a choice and I will move out in a heart bit.
