Congratulations on your hard work. You have a great truck for your efforts. Everybody want to know what engine size you have. I hope that it is the 460. I also hope you add another video when it is completed. Otherwise, cruise in style to your local hamburger joint or wherever your buddies hang out.
it definitely needs a nice chrome toolbox, whips, a brush guard, a chrome dmi bumper, and some lights on the toolbox and such! ohh and I forgot get different mirrors on it!
good sugestion. well, its somethin I would do.. I would take and put cowbell duals out front og the tires and make them as close to the bed as I could. and also try to find a good green plaid or green flannel fabric to put in for a neat custom headliner.
@2013craig I actually put the bed liner in did a full exhaust and headers window tint 35" tires and other stuff i'll post the video soon! Thanks though!
@Ghostly Bassist. He did a good job on this truck. Not everyone has the same taste in truck bodies. You certainly are not the final authority on how to build a truck. Homo.
take that role pan off its a truck. How you plan on pulling someone out fast or getting pulled out even if you hook to frame it will tar that pan a new one.
@GhostlyBassist I actually have pulled a couple jeeps out just put the nose forward and pull them in reverse i've never had a problem. I want a chrome bumper when i get the money i'll get one
your truck looks damn near identical to my f100. same paint motor tranny wheels. Scary kind of. I bought mine for 300. What i thought would be cool is to put a tear drop hood scoop off the thunderbolt on it. Itd be bad ass then.
i have a question. i am thinking about buying a 1975 ford F250 wtih a 390 for my first car. is it realiable enough for a daily driver? i live in the denver area so cold starts is not to much of an issue. thanks for any help
@triathlon4ever hey i own a 73 F250 with a 390 and a c6 auto and its my first car and daily driver starts everytime i live in grand junction so cold starts arnt an issue here except last year and it did perfect but it depends on the condition and how you drive it ,old fords are alot like women you treat it right it will treat you right lol just watch out if it has a point destributer and im sure it does and gas lines might be a problem but other then that 390s are bullit proof
@triathlon4ever - I wouldn't touch the 390 for gas mileage reasons, you'll be SUFFERING if gas goes to $4 a gallon again. 351 or even 302 have plenty of power with limited mods and get an additional 3 MPG or so (which is an improvement of about 40% over the old 390)
I'm personally looking for an 85-ish 150 with the 300 I6 in the Denver area.
I havent had the money for a lift yet but im plannin on a four inch lift and 37 inch toyos with 20's a new exhaust a alpine stereo with two ten inch subs and im just finishing up the interior with a headliner and a dash pad
ya i have a 77 ford f250 with a 4 inch lift and 33s. i tried to put 35s on it but they rubbed on my steering thing. where are u guna put ur subs at? not much room
I think that you should add bigger exaugts and off-road tirers. And that is a beautiful truck

@Slipknotyk06 Yeah it's not good on gas but it's just a weekend truck so i don't drive it often haha
MXrRiDeR128 1 year ago
@MXrRiDeR128 - Then it's probably not half bad.
I hope I am able to get the project I want to build out there.
