Actually, Uber is used as over as in being superior or better, so when something is uber, it's above normal, it's super. I took two years of German and I am part German.

Not necessarily. I'm German and you can still use it to mean Literally over something, not just superior. "Uber die brucke" for instance is over the bridge. But who gives a fuck anyway. People use it to mean good as well. But to be honest it's such a fucking waste of time even talking about it that it's not even worth saying at all. It's a shit slang word as it is.
