  • how much does an original honda 70 cost?

  • hey i have two of them bikes. ones a 69 and ones a 71. i wanted to know if you were interested in buying mine, im selling both of them for $1,600. one runs and one doesnt. and are you selling yours? if so how much are you selling it for?

  • had several of these when i was i kid and rode the wheeles off all of them..

  • Nice Bike! I just picked up a 1970 3 speed with 944 miles on it, not as nice shape as yours, but runs great! I have been on it every day since, so much fun!

  • what bike did richie ride on the omega man the movie?. it looks like one these but isnt. people are asking 1200 dollars for these things. way to much dam.

  • @lukeslandspeeder Clearly its not too much, cuz people are buying them left right and center!

  • like the bike, but whats up with the music?

  • im about 5' 11" will i stilll fit a trail 70

  • yes youll fit. hell youll fit on the mini 50 but a lil tight actually.

  • yeah i do :D

  • Very nice. I bought a '71 4 spd. at a garage sale 3 yrs. ago. $75.00 2900 mi. Put some street tires on it, CB550 rear shocks, booster seat, (I'm 6ft. & turned it in to my "illeagel" moped. Would ride it only in the summer to this tiki bar & back. 5 mi. each way, perfect ride. Last night riding home in rain I locked up the frt. whl. & went down. Have a nice case of roadrash. Oh well....

  • yea well i have a 1973 ct70 3 spd auto i love the ct 70's

  • nice bike! i have one question.... on the right foot, theres a back brake, but then i see two brakes for the hands... thats 3... is there a clutch on this little machine?

    thanks

  • On the early 3 speed auto models they kept the left handlebar purch and used it for the rear brake. 4 spd was the clutch. Pretty cool.

  • i have to 1970 trail 70, with only 834 original miles on in.

  • any good places to but kindsa new parts i live in cali so please respond

  • Sweet bike and do you know what the seat height on it is and my friend used to have the same bike.

  • What is it about those Honda 70's?

    Sexy as hell.

  • Hi!,

If you need Monkey/DAX parts from japan thenplease have a look at my site

    DAXMONKEY ( dot ) COM

  • Bike looks in fantastic shape, had one myself, that was one durable bike , enjoy!

  • Very nice bike. Not 100% postive, but I wonder if the buddy-pegs should point to 12 O'clock when folded up?

  • Yes they should, but they end up falling down when riding, so I have them fold back.

  • Ahh, just curious. I had to add buddy-pegs to mine and wondered if they were correctly placed. Even your cable tie-downs are original. Nice...

I had a red '71 one like yours in 1974. It's great how men over 40 treasure these bikes and enjoy them like we do.

Thanks for posting this video. 5 stars.

  • Happiness is: sitting on my Candy Yellow 1972CT-70H 4 speed in my garage, with the motor purring, while watching this video...;-)

  • Hi, thats a nice original bike you have there, a bike like that is a nice thing to own and to hold on to for the future, there are less and less good original bikes around.

    good job with your bike.

    regards James (180superDax)

  • are those street legal and also what is the shifting pattern

  • where can i get one of these now?

  • my dumbass friend has one of those except his hits 120 and he takes jumps

  • pls dont over push it on lower speed with hight RPM omg pls dont burn the piston ring and maybe your plug or carb must be rusty or something thers a lot of back fire when you release gaz. YOU HAVE A VERY NICE BIKE

  • NICE BIKE MAN i have the exact same one.. lol I love it.. any ways just my speedometer dont work :( lol any ideas?

  • WOW LOL I have exact same bike.. im not even kidding im 17yrs old.. and i have a question for u.. ever since i got it from a yardsale my speEdometer never worked lol.. any ideas is there a wire that runs or is it a small pole/tube that runs in the middle of the rim

  • Nice bike! I have a 1970 Trail 70H 4 speed manual. Owned it for 17 years and has been sitting in my barn for 12 of those years. Rebuilt it and used to ride the hell out of it. I believe it needs a clutch now. I will get around to it again some day.

  • worst scratch on the drivers side haha that made me laugh

  • LMFAO it took 10 months for someone catch that. Good job.

  • where did you get seat i need one for mine can't find one

  • It came with the bike.

  • very nice, where did you get it?

  • It took me 2 years to convince the original owner to part with it. 2 houses away.

  • yeah i tried that, but i had no idea at the time where to get parts, all this internet wasn't around when i had the chance, probally would of got it if had all current info... thanks man...

  • sweet bike ..I have one too...Mines1970 and red...Hondas really hold their value ...You can sell for what it cost new. I'm gonna make mine street legal...but i don't think the six volt electrics will cut it..Needs a brighter light.... Any ideas are welcome...

  • mini is an 81.. it never dies!! it sat for over 8 years and still fired up first try!!

  • Nice video. Great bikes!

  • Ahh, what a memory! I had a 1970 with a clutch, and what sounded like a missing tooth in first gear. These would not break. Period. My sister drove it into a brick wall, and a tree, and nothing happened! I took it to visit the lake, and went out far enough to get the head submerged. I can't remember for sure if it stalled or not. But it didn't harm the engine at all. If you ever want to reminisce real quick, just blow air thru your lips and that is the CT70 sound!

  • Great bikes....some good memories of my childhood racing around on the Honda mini bike.

Hopefully your children or grandchildren can enjoy these.

  • hermosa moto

    cuidala mucho

  • NIce!!!!

  • nice vid!

  • nice vid me and my dad have one its the one he rode when he was a kid we are restoring it though nice bike.!!!!

  • we have one that is just like that and me and my dad are trying to get it running but the neat thing is it is the exact one he rode as a kid!!!

  • Thanks for the memories! As a teen I had a red 1970 CT70 which I spent many summer days riding the gas line right-or-ways with friends in WV. I still think this is one of the best trail bikes ever!

  • good work, see me dax
