I have attended one of these classes and loved that I could lie there and go through most of the movements with my eyes closed. Great clear instructions of each movement. I feel I'll have to do this YOGA Teachers Training.
I even purchased a CD and enjoy doing the audio lessons at home. Love it, love it!
