Okay, let's be real. I'd be a bit embarassed if I was those kids' parents too. But it's obviously not worth 20 years of prison. In my opinion, make him do 25-50 hours of community service or something, and let him put his talents to use. He could do 1 hour music shows at schools singing songs about good behavior or something encouraging. It'd be right up his alley anyways. Doesn't that kind of make sense? He did something worth punishing, but encourage him to act properly, not jail him.

He sang a clean song for the kids, and dubbed the audio later with his explict song he sang when the kids were NOT in the class. Along with that he edited the scenes out with the kids and replaced them with scenes without the kids, thus making funny poses.
