Im sorry to say this, and Im not looking to argue. But I talk to Kevin often enough and that is clearly His voice to this day. He has not lost his voice guys. Now talking about auto tune. REO Speedwagon has been using auto tune since the 90's when the system was released. You don't have to loose your voice to use one, they are mostly for geting sound and notes to the nearest "Semitone".
