Only idiots will pay this woman. If this is compensable, think about how easy it is to trick the bank by asking an accomplice to stand behind you wearing cap and mask, then you pretend to forget to take cash and someone unidentifiable grabs it.

When the machine deals with huge sum of money, it takes awhile for it to proceed. I guess what hangseng can do is to display a notice for user who make a transaction that is over a certain amount.

I hope the machine can talk to advise the recipient the step to follow next. Besides, the camera should point at the face of the customer and not at the top of the head. Moreoever, the money should best be sucked back into the machine if it is unfetched in say 15 to 20 seconds to avoid pilferage.

The present 30 seconds pending time is too long. Check and cut down if necessary. If the money is untaken, the camera can be a good deterrent to force people nearby to behave properly. No one wants to commit a crime in front of a camera.

However, it is 100% 恒生's fault! Its their computer issue.

If victims are smart enough to see the instruction "GETTING RECEIPT">> "GETTING YOUR CARD">> GETTING CASH"... then check the balance ...ATMS cant do MUTI-tasking (new transaction will do AFTER old ) .. If you check your balance, the ATM will ask u wait , i think the hidden cash will come out at you.. HSBC and Hang seng banks are careful enough to stop this by posting CLEAR instructions about what u need to do to finish the transaction.

另外銀行說的1至30秒出錢都好合理，如果只剩下100元鈔票，­出錢的時間都會長一點，等半分鍾又怎會是欺壓市民？
