France came in 2nd against the US. One of the members of the US team admitted to using a steroid within the last 5 years and that was it. Other members of the team were outraged as they were clean. It's a shame because we have plenty of guys who can run that speed.

Interesting that the Us team has whites on their team. Blacks are generally the best runners or am I wrong.Maybe Us sparred them to the finals?

@jbrumundsmith LOL you made me laugh. "US won but they actually lost their gold medal due to doping"...not sure how you reconcile that into 'winning the race.....'. Maybe next time they can try n cheat into getting 5 runners into the race instead of 4 too. After all once you start cheating why stop at drugs......

@jbrumundsmith LOL yes i 'get it'. The main thing i now remember from that race a part from the fact the cheats crossed the line first, is that they also robbed the home nation of the number one spot in front of their home crowd because of cheating. Pretty shameful way of 'winning'.

English not being my first language only started to say 'LOL' when i was about 22. Don't judge people so quickly it shows lack of consideration for others.
Anyway don't wanna go in a never ending argument, your initial point was commented and countered. You countered back by playing on semantics. So be it. I am not out there to convince you ;) Take it on the chin and move on.

@loginreda unfortunately as the US lost their gold medal due to doping you won't find the final in english (not very popular....). But if you search for 'Monde 4x400m M' in youtube you will find the final in french language. Maybe turn off the sound if the french commentator does your head in ;)
