OK Koodo mobile rocks i have a phone from them and their service is great, the coverage is awesome because Koodo uses telus towers (which are actually bell towers btw) they all share towers haha. I had a Rogers phone that i was happy with but then they told me that i was going to be charged 15 cents for each incoming txt mesage. considering i sent 620 msgs in the first 7 days of owning the phone i would have spent a lot of money on rogers
Koodo should offer free voicemail and name display. the plans are good and I love my little koodo cell. I think if they decide to do that, it will be great for everyone. they will get more business and us will be even happier with the plans.....Please koodo, can you do that for us ????
I was one of Telus's earliest customers when it used to be called "Clearnet". I had a big issue with customer service. It sucked. I called over and over for the same problem, the reps were unprofessional and not courteous at all. So I wrote a letter. They didn't respond at all. I ditched that phone company and went to Bell. UH! Nightmare! I am not with Koodo and hope that although they are Telus, that Koodo's reps are professional if only because it's a new branch hoping for customers.
Telus' wireless existed before Clearnet but they did make a purchase of them. You can read about some of this on one of the URLS in my icon or just hit it up in a search engine.
I don't mind this commercial. I think it's funny that people go from telus to koodo when telus owns koodo. just like rogers owns fido and bell owns virgin. it's there cheaper line of phone service that's all.
For those who want to get out of Bell or Telus, just cancel and refuse to pay the penalty fee. They will not come after you as they don't have the infrastructure to do so. I cancelled Bell and refuse to pay and they did not argue. The service was so bad I told them they owe me money

you can disagree with me all you want but its been a month and we were promised that this would have been resolved and they would call us back within a certain time frame... never happened. we had to call again and again and every-time they said oh we can straighten this out.. yea right. just the other day we called them again and finally they got it straightened out. still shipping the phones back and going another way. ive never had this kind of a issue with a phone before. going back to fido.
we got a Koodo phone for our daughter almost a month ago... well they sent a dead phone, then tried to tell us it was a credit problem.. it has been almost a month and over 40 phone calls to them!!! this is a crappy company who does not know how to help their customers. they are great at making a small problem balloon into a major headache. we are returning the phone and demanding a complete refund!! horrible company do not get their service .
Sorry, I'm going to have to disagree with you there. I work for the company myself, we really do try our best to help you, it's kind of our motto. Did you order it online? If it was a credit problem then they shouldnt've mailed you the phone in the first place. You'd have to do a credit check to get it.. What exactly did they say?
hay guys, I love this Koodo Plan, Its a life saver! Plus the ads are amazing! The ones on TV sparked my interest then I saw the one you had posted with the cute Koodo cise instructor .. you know "chop suey!!" I love it... just wondering why its not up any more and if it will be on TV? Thanks for keeping us informed on all the latest and greatest tech!! Great Job! John

Some Canadians find it better to go to the USA, get a phone on one of their superior plans and use all the minutes long distance.
