How can I put the characters theme instead of the place theme during the match? I already checked options but I can't find it. Must I unblock something first? I have the PC version!
The ex hands no longer cause knockdown. I thought that would be a huge nerf. However, when we play against really strong oponents, they can punish, run or tech in order to avoid crossups. Now after ex hands any oponent will get crazy, cause gief can come up with more combos, normal grab, SPD, an agressive jump or mash ultra... so players wont have much time to plan any counter. Its 50/50 but we gotta mind the reduced time to react, and in crossup that wasnt possible. Maybe ex hands r better now

@JohnnyBoy933 Dude, it's all on SFK. This and more. And a lot of the nerfs are not game changing in most respects. IE if you drop Abel because of U2 being weakend, you probably were a scrubby abel anyway. ( Just examples )
Yun will be god tier just like sagat in sf4...all projectile characters suck now aparently. Daigo said he is maining yun in AE. I smell a switch to mk soon for me, maybe they will have balance.

@an0nim0uz They will NOT be playable but will be ingame endbosses. Capcom would never do something that stupid, making Ryu and Gouki even stronger and make them playable. Besides that, they wouldnt put in the same chars twice in a game -_-. You could hope 4 a 3rd ultra that lets them transform into evil ryu and oni gouki (that would be so cool, like in dragonball z :P).

@kraalizec Thanks , coz my older brothers gets mad at me for grabbing them while they're in a blocking position (I use Zangief). They say in the old days in arcades, its very dishonorable to grab someone on a blocking position. But now I guess times have change and even the rules :D
@KLUTZPAYASO Hahaha. That's funny. People who don't have skill, especially in the "older arcade days" would complain about being thrown. Throws are there to beat blocks. Techs are there to beat throws. In SF2 until SuperTurbo when tick throws were inescapable, especially from Guile, it still wasn't considered "dishonorable," just a very strong tactic/strategy. Gief was pretty busted in SF2 also.
Are the titles at the top next to the character pictures the new part of the AE version? Or is that just the Japanese version of SS4 online? Yun and his crispy links, especially with his speed its ridiculously amazing.

@blackman6270 yeah im mostly a thirdstrike player. i like using makoto, yun, yang, dudley. though from what i heard about daigo im staying with what he said. im not daigos follower or anything but yun and probably yang are going to be like rufus but way better and scary. yun doesnt have a lot of damaging combos but if your constantly on a person its really hard for the other guy to get off. right now im playing makoto. im really good with her though i have trouble going against some shotos.

@Looc105 They've been saying that the game is prety much the opposite of Vanilla, Fireball characters are weaker now and close range characters are better now. In terms of shoto's they say Ken is now the best, and they feel like the current top characters are Yun, Fei Long, Zangeif, and Viper (not in that particular order) personally I feel like they slightly overpowered Yun. I feel like he'll be the new Rufus, but easier.

arcades aren't open 24/7, and you seem to be completely oblivious to the fact that you're required to PAY FREQUENTLY to use an arcade cabinet.
owning the actual game is much more practical because you don't have to keep fucking paying to continue playing, and you don't have to deal with dweeby geeks like you do in the arcades.

@TheEpiph Actually if I was to play this game in arcades every hour of the week, I could afford 3 PS3's lol. You know the average cost to play this game in arcades is around 100-300 dollars a month. You really don't know anything about economy or common sense for that matter. BTW, I was an MLG pro in Halo 2 and only started playing Street fighter a couple years ago. There seem to be a lot of people mad at you here. Maybe you should get a clue and go kill yourself :)

@Looc105 They've been saying that the game is prety much the opposite of Vanilla, Fireball characters are weaker now and close range characters are better now. In terms of shoto's they say Ken is now the best, and they feel like the current top characters are Yun, Fei Long, Zangeif, and Viper (not in that particular order) personally I feel like they slightly overpowered Yun. I feel like he'll be the new Rufus, but easier.
