@alittleolder well, that's what I love about the BOB (body opponent bag). I block in sparring. With BOB, I can focus %100 striking locations. I have all of the vital point marked with a sharpie on BOB. It becomes secondhand to hit those points. Considering it's been roughly 10 years of training like this with other people, it's good to finally have a target that I can't kill, and won't kill me. Therefore I can focus specifically on aspects that I couldn't otherwise.

CYR your the man. You probobaly wont see this comment but i just like to say it is awesome to see that you train and everything. I used to train really hard back in the day... (2yearsago) but recently just havent found the time.. i think your my inspiration to start training again.

This is good but he needs to at least have some sports gauze on his hands after the gloves. He also needs to work on the sidekick but do it somewhere where he won't break stuff.
