I think many people believe that Christianity and Science are two opposing camps, incompatible. Yet if we are to assume God created the universe, we must assume also that He is a God of Science, for he created the laws of the universe. Ergo, the Bible and science should line up and often they do. The bible allows for a universe that’s billions of years old, and if God created the universe through the Big Bang rather than supernaturally, does that make it any less His act of creation?

I think many people believe that Christianity and Science are two opposing camps, incompatible. Yet if we are to assume God created the universe, we must assume also that He is a God of Science, for he created the laws of the universe. Ergo, the Bible and science should line up and often they do. Have you ever see or heard an ape, chimp, etc. talk? Why haven't they continued to evolve into a more intelligent species?
