As a big fan of Opeth, and somebody who has spent a good few years awed by the sheer brilliance of Maiden, I absolutely love this cover. I feel that Opeth took the framework laid out by Iron Maiden who were, at the time of writing this, still evolving and put their own masterful spin on it. I don't think there is a better way of showing respect for Maiden than recording a cover of such a high quality. It does the original more than justice.

It definitely fits well with the rest of the album both lyrically and musically, as is the Opeth way. Every album they have ever made was a masterful blend of brutality (with the exception of "Damnation") and pure artistic genius.
Awesome cover. Better than MetallicA´s and Antrhax versions. Just like Metallica Opeth played the song their way, Anthrax playes the same way Maiden did. I love covers made with such quality as this one.

@BrutalGrindPredator I don't quite think hyporcites was the right word to use there, but Metallica has been around for a long time, and they do have a lot of music, I just don't enjoy it. We like Opeth for their innovation and creativity in a genre that usually takes a lot of skill, even compared to Metallica. Opeth, in the years to come would have just as much credibility, just not outstanding fame like metallica.
