I remember beating the Amiga version as a kid. It was all about choosing the 2 cheapest moves for both short and long range and repeatedly spamming them.

i think we have more video game patience as kids, cuz i actually got pretty good at this game then. and i really got into the graphics then. but it was a game for the times i guess
