How is p90x a good workout lol you do it in your living room. Go out and lift some heavy weight and do cardio like run outside for an hour thats working out not dumb p90x

@bdbfighting have you ever done it? I go to the gym AND do p90x.. I feel more beat after p90x than the gym..
