Well, this is true. Both Christians and Jews believe in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The difference is in the acceptance of Jesus as the Messiah. Rather they share the same Monotheism as Muslims do. Regarding Jesus to be the Christ (Messiah), no Muslim is a Muslim until he believes Jesus (pbuh) was the Messiah and is going to come back again (second coming), whereas Jews themselves reject/deny Jesus (pbuh) to be the Messiah and they believe that Messiah is yet to came (First Coming).

I think we should be careful not to categorise people solely based on their counties' legislations. Muslim countries have different legal and government systems, yet each and every one of them claims their system to be the real Islam...

You miss the point entirely. Christ has never permitted violence- so those who use violence are violating His instructions.
