Hello! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate got ripped Six pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.
Round 4 split shuffle (not as deep as lunge jump) decline pushup full body extensions skaters, lateral jump one-foot landing run in place, knees up, fast Round 5 jumping jacks sprint starts mountain climbers prisoner squats star shuffle
Round 3: side to side jumps (soft landing) break dancers (fully extended knee to opposite elbow from mountain climber position inverted row, substitute jumping jacks sprint starts forward and back, turn around, with opposite leg (mountain climber position, explode forward, two strides) reverse lunges
i love this, this is the stuff i do most of the time. Working on my vert jump. I do alot of core stuff, very much the same to this. But you got any pointers for me to improve?

5 rounds - 60 seconds rest between rounds
round 1: Prisoner lunge Spiderman climb (mountain climber, foot to outside) lunge jump (20 secs on, 20 secs rest, 20 secs on) cross body mountain climber (opposite elbow) wide stance squat
Round 2: full body extension (to toes, not into air) jumping jacks pushups narrow stance squats star shuffle (45 degree angle apart)
